Financial Aid Applications/Forms Please print application/form and either fax (570-961-4739 attn: Office of Financial Aid) or mail (Marywood University Office of Financial Aid, 2300 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509)   FALL/SPRING 2009-10 STAFFORD STUDENT LOAN REQUEST FORM This form is for graduate and doctoral students who wish to borrow through the Federal Stafford Loan program for the 2009-10 academic year and also requires a 2009-2010 FAFSA be on file with Marywood University (003296). Please file only 1 form and allow a minimum of 6 weeks for processing.
