What Is Test Anxiety? 

Test Anxiety is a feeling of confusion and worry. Some people worry while studying and while thinking about what happens when they take a test. Others worry while taking a test. Some anxiety is normal, however too much can cause physical discomfort, emotional upset and concentration difficulties. Anxiety occurs in a wave, which means that it will increase from the first time you recognize it come to a peak, and then decrease naturally.
