Can You Do About It?

Plan your study stategy. Organize your time and stick closely to
it. When it is time to study, make sure you study. make time for
recreation and study breaks. When it is time to have fun and
relax, make sure you do. Make sure that where you study is free
from distractions.
Take Care of
Yourself: Avoid alcohol and other drugs.
Get enough sleep. Eat nutritious meals three times a day. Allow
enough time to get to the exam early. Avoid frightened students.
Anxiety is contagious.
Relax:
Ask yourself, "What is the worst that can happen?" Instead of
thinking you will do poorly, say to yourself "I can do this."
Learn this relaxation technique: Breathe in slowly and deeply
through your nose and feel your stomach extend. Hold for a few
seconds. Pull in your stomach, forcing the air out and think,
"Relax." Repeat two or three times. If you feel the need to, focus
on that breathing technique while you are studying or taking the
test.
