Causes of Test Anxiety

Most of the time, there is a real source behind it. It may be that you are unable to remember answers to questions. It could be that you are not prepared enough for the test, which is a real reason to be worried about how well you will do. You may have poor study habits, material that is not properly organized, or have crammed the night before, which leads you to be anxious. If you have prepared for the test, your anxiety may result from negative thinking or worries, such as expecting to do poorly.
