With the service industry expanding worldwide, there is a tremendous
need for people with a four-year degree in Hospitality Management.
A study conducted by the Travel Industry Association of America
suggests that the hospitality industry is expected to grow more
than 18 % by 2010. Much of this growth is to take place at the highest
levels, with the availability of executive positions to grow 31
% by the year 2010.
Sixty-six (66) credits in Business and in Nutrition and Dietetics
are required in the Hospitality Management Program.
