Welcome to the Marywood University Committees website. Committee membership enables administrators, faculty, staff, and students to participlate in the dynamic life of the institution, its governance and its operation as well.

From here you can link to descriptions of committees that have been declared University Standing Committees by the President of the University. Their descriptions have formal approval either by the President or, by delegation, by the vice president to whom the committee reports. Changes to descriptions require formal approval by the same person.

You can link from here, also, to Members and to Annual Reports of University Standing Committees beginning with the year 2003-2004. This was the first year following the effective date of restructuring the University into multi-level, discipline based colleges on July 1, 2003.
