Records Retention Schedules Database Help

The table below outlines several ways to search the Database of Marywood's non-restricted, authorized records retention schedules. For more advanced searching, combine two or more search methods.

For less advanced searching, try these Easy Searching Tips:

  • To browse the list of all of the retention schedules, click the Submit button without entering any search criteria.

  • To browse the list of all retention schedules with a particular Record Copy Holder, select from the Record Copy Holder drop-down menu and click the Submit button.

  • To browse the general retention schedules, set the Record Copy Holder drop-down menu to "Departments and Organizations throughout Campus." Then click the Submit button.

Keep in mind that this database is a work in progress. Creation and revision of records retention schedules will continue throughout the foreseeable future.

"Minutes of the Board of Trustees,"
whose record copy holder is the Secretary of the University.

the record copy holder of the records series or one or more words within the record copy holder
(example:  Secretary of the University)
